You retain ownership of all content (including images, client information, and business documents) that you upload to the platform.

6. Subscription & Payments

PhotogHQ is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Allow recurring billing unless canceled
• Provide accurate payment information

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Upon cancellation:

• Your access to premium features will be revoked at the end of the billing period
• Your data will remain available for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, failing to pay, or engaging in unlawful behavior.

8. Data Privacy & Security

We implement industry-standard security protocols, but you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure and agree to use the Service at your own risk.

9. Third-Party Services

PhotogHQ may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Google Calendar, etc.). Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotogHQ shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
• Any claims arising from user content or misuse of the platform

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That data will not be lost or corrupted
